In the last 15 years, my wife and I have sold 2 homes and bought 1 with Debbie Wilhelm. All our experiences were exceptional, and the outcomes have met or exceeded our expectations. Our 2nd home sale was particularly challenging in that the property was extremely expensive even in the bay area. The market was limited and at the time the trend was flat or down. I had originally listed the property with the local agent but we found him to be OK at generating interest but very passive when closing on a prospect. When we finally found a possible buyer, we brought in Debbie to close the deal. She was highly energetic, thorough, with a fast follow-through and very much represented our best interests. Debbie is the real deal and our go to agent.

We worked with Debbie and Carly on the purchase of our home during Spring/Summer 2019. They were both great at trying to get to the "why" of our preferences so that they could truly understand what our needs were. The short version: if you work with Debbie and her team you will absolutely get results. Long version: Our needs and price range were not a slam dunk by any means but they were willing to work with us to get in offers that we were comfortable with on houses that worked for us. We said no thanks to a fair amount of good homes and they never gave us a hard time, just kept at it. The home we won was certainly less than ideal circumstances for Debbie - we identified it at an open house on Saturday, offers were due Monday at noon. Debbie worked her butt off to due diligence the house with us and get a clean offer in on EXTREMELY short notice. We are thrilled with the home. No buyers remorse, at a price we were willing to pay. She and her team really made our dream happen. I am absolutely sure that we would not have been able to do this with anyone else.

I have to say that Debbie is a real estate genius. She helped me get my house rented, found the most amazing people to rent it, and she got me top dollar for it as well. After one year of having my house rented she got it sold to a wonderful young couple and was able to get our asking price. All of this made it possible for me to do the 1031 exchange successfully.
