Sanit was born in Bangkok, Thailand, “the Land of Smiles” and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1999 to further her studies. After finishing an MBA, Sanit worked for 8 years in corporate recruiting before following her own passion and joined the real estate industry. Sanit has always had a love of people and beautiful homes, so combining both as a residential real estate professional was a natural fit. Sanit lived in many cities throughout the San Francisco Peninsula giving her in-depth and firsthand knowledge of the local communities, varied neighborhoods and schools. Born and raised on the Peninsula, Carly is a second-generation graduate of San Mateo High School and she earned her BA in Political Science and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara. Early on in her career she pursued management roles in legal services and non-profit development before discovering her passion for Real Estate. Growing up in a family of architects and artists, Carly has always had an eye for good design and quality craftsmanship, and she knows the neighborhoods of the Mid-Peninsula like the back of her hand. Office Manager and Assistant
Stacy is a native of the Bay Area and received her BA from San Jose State University in Advertising. She became Debbie’s assistant in 2010 and received her real estate license in 2013. As Office Manager, she oversees day-to-day operations including working with vendors, file management, client relations, copywriting and more.
Roy has a degree from the Academy of Art University. He has a keen eye for photographing properties and designs detailed postcards. He’s also in charge of posting listings online and through social media, so your listing has a high visibility to the world.

Sheri is a native San Franciscan with a background in residential real estate, project management and Senior Living. She also has a refreshing sense of design and aesthetics. She has a deep love of Bay Area living and a keen sense of how to organize space. Her passion has fueled her organizing business" Going Going Gone." Sheri’s organizational and intuitive skills, enthusiasm, energy, and sense of humor are invaluable tools for serving our clients. "I credit my upbringing for developing the love of being organized. I grew up with an organized mom and being organized was just the way we did things in our house."
